Selecting the Best Picker: Neo K Sigma

Experiments were conducted for 3 different types of pickers: Old Picker, the HMM Picker and New K-Sigma Picker.

The HMM Picker and New Picker showed multitudes of reduction in false positive. However, HMM suffered rise in false negatives as well. The table below makes this fact more clear:

Considering this data, and considering the computation cost, New K-Sigma picker appeared to be best experiment for the remainder of the project.
